Enrolments

At St Mary’s, we strive to make the enrolment process smooth and stress-free. Mrs Leisa Pedersen (PA to the Principal) is dedicated to supporting you throughout this process and answering any questions you have.

We encourage you to explore our website, visit the College in person for a Principal’s Tour to see what St Mary’s College has to offer and to download information about our curriculum and our fees – they are more affordable than you may think!

Open Evening

 We would like to extend an invitation to attend our upcoming Open Evening on Friday 10 May from 4.30pm-8.30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to tour our College and see our Facilities. Click here for further details.

Principal Tours 

On Tuesday 21 May from 3.00pm-5.00pm our Principal will be holding a tour of our College for all prospective families considering enrolling. No RSVP is required.

Taster Day

On Wednesday 29 May we have a day set aside for students in Year 5 or 6 to come to the College. This will give students the opportunity to experience many different classes and see what it is like to be a St Mary's student. An RSVP is required for this day. Click here for further details.

Interview Day

We have set aside a day for our Leadership Team and Pastoral Leaders to conduct interviews for all students who have a submitted enrolment. This day is Wednesday 19 June from 12.00pm-6.00pm.

Enrolment Process

Step 1: Complete an online Application Form:  Online Enrolment Application
Should you not be able to enrol via the preferred online option, please contact the College office.

You will receive an email from the College within 48 hours acknowledging receipt of application. If applying for enrolment of more than 1 student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.

 

Step 2: Forward to the College office the following documents: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if baptised)
  • Last school report and NAPLAN report (as applicable)
  • Any medical or learning reports
  • Also if noted in your application: 
    • Legal Documentation
    • Medical Action Plan
    • Student Specialist Assessments

  • In person: St Mary's College office
 

Step 3: Once we have received all documentation you will receive an email inviting you and your child to attend a  Transition Enrolment Interview.  It is important that the child who is enrolling attends this interview. 

 

Step 4:  Acceptance of enrolment letters will be sent to successful parents along with a Confirmation of Enrolment.

 

Step 5:  To confirm your enrolment please complete and forward to the College the Confirmation of Enrolment document along with the $100 enrolment fee (payment plans are available).
