At St Mary’s, we strive to make the enrolment process smooth and stress-free. Mrs Leisa Pedersen (PA to the Principal) is dedicated to supporting you throughout this process and answering any questions you have.
Step 1: Complete an online Application Form: Online Enrolment Application
Should you not be able to enrol via the preferred online option, please contact the College office.
You will receive an email from the College within 48 hours acknowledging receipt of application. If applying for enrolment of more than 1 student, when the form is completed an option will be available to submit another enrolment for each additional student.
Step 2: Forward to the College office the following documents:
Baptismal Certificate (if baptised)
Last school report and NAPLAN report (as applicable)
Any medical or learning reports
Also if noted in your application:
Medical Action Plan
Student Specialist Assessments

Step 3: Once we have received all documentation you will receive an email inviting you and your child to attend a Transition information discussion. It is important that the child who is enrolling attends this interview.
Step 4: Acceptance of enrolment letters will be sent to successful parents along with a Confirmation of Enrolment.
Step 5: To confirm your enrolment please complete and forward to the College the Confirmation of Enrolment document along with the $100 enrolment fee (payment plans are available).

From the 2021 academic year, the College will provide two scholarships for Year 7 2021 students. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit as determined by an application and interview. Scholarships will be awarded to students who demonstrate potential for a commitment to a holistic education, in preparation for the values of Service, Courage and Justice at St Mary's College.
